Pros

- World Gym has a true "family" vibe from the team to the members! - There is a good "work hard, play hard" mentality - You get a free membership to the BEST GYM IN SAN FRANCISCO!

Cons

- we open as early as 5am and close as late as 12am so if you have to open or close, that can be a struggle. But other than that, no complaints.

It's kind of like Average Joes from Dodgeball. Can be a decent atmosphere. It varies from gym to gym. Depends what you're looking for.

Cons

At my particular gym, the owner was a real sleazy guy. Not respected by his employees in the least bit.
