Cons
Poor Management. And when I say poor, it's because I substituted horrific. I want to write this review as a warning to others because working here has been detrimental. Turnover is high, employee morale is low and the lack of professionalism that is encouraged is noticeable to the customers. Management has their head in the sand about many of the issues disrupting the facility. Everything is micromanaged because they think the problem is with the staff and not with the leadership. The responsibility of the staff is hit or miss as well. If you come in with a can-do attitude ready to do your work, I can guarantee you will be the only one doing any of the work. Favoritism is a big problem amongst the staff. If you're in the right circle, rest easy. Otherwise, prepare to be reminded that no good deed goes unpunished. I had this job while I was finishing school and the day I was able to quit was the best day of my life. I am ashamed by this. I cannot believe the most rewarding day was when I was able to leave this job. I wasn't this elated when my nephew was born. It's terrible.
