Cons

Horrible company to work for They sent me to get a certification in order for them to launch a new program. There new program didn't do so well and so they decided to not pay us our contracted amount when there were few participants. This led to me being withdrawn from the program. They have a huge turnover for coaches and employees and its easy to see why.

This company has a great reputation for maintaining fitness equipment and providing support for members. It is good experience and a great job for someone who is finishing college or in a transitional phase of life.

Cons

Not all members are polite but this is a part of working in a gym. Gyms also may have a high turnover rate due to the fact that they often employ young people or those looking for temporary work.
