Pros

Dedicated professionals willing to go the extra mile to deliver results. Some global practices are open to push the envelope by coming up with "out-of-box" solutions.

Cons

Staff are currently over-extended given the scale of changes taking place. Some global practices are top heavy leaving little room to move up.
