Pros

Great exposure and good learning experience for future growth. The demand for quality work is high, which pushed me to do my best.

Cons

The STC contract type is awful. It feels as if I were an "undocumented immigrant". Also, considering there are more consultants than "staff" at the Bank, it means a great proportion of the working knowledge can disappear anytime with the contract. This may not be so sustainable if the Bank tries to become more knowledge oriented.
