great work environment high tech work environments intelligent and passionate colleagues meaningful; work great cafeteria/in house food options room for advancement high level involvement from junior positions mentorships and training programs for free at Ivy universities management benefits international name recognition of employer liberal lunch and break hours flexible work schedules language training for free international mail forwarding very little visa concerns for foreign workers regardless of country of employment easy international transfers
