Pros

Benefits- lots of leave, pension, insurance benefits are awesome, there are some talented people who are nice. There is no 401k,but you could contribute

Cons

Everything else- however the mission is too honorable to work for. People don't value each other. F level are like assistants. Value their expertise, treat them with respect. IT is very toxic environment there. Business side is probably good.
