Scrappy startup where you have to wear a lot of hats, which allows you to learn a lot

Cons

Huge disconnect between executive team and everyone else. Toxic culture - everyone is always stressed and overworked. Company was built around the sales team, when it should have been built around the product. Constant grind, but half of the time you aren't sure what you're actually working on or how it's going to help the company grow.

Work and learn at the same time Steady payment structure with no disappointment Mentors are available to help The community is very interactive Positive changes occurs Equal opportunity for all to grow.

Cons

Just like every other freelance jobs, there are mild work scarcity sometimes (especially over the weekends). Also, the rules of the community keeps changing (I guess its peculiar with Startups).
