My experience at Wise has been very nice. It luckily still has work-from-home policies, It also has work-from-another-country policies, Salary is alright, Can't complain.

Cons

It's difficult to work cross-team, People aren't interested in anything but their team's projects and there's rarely bandwith to pick up requests from other teams.
