Great team, cool culture, product engineering: you're expected to think ahead how you're modifications will impact the value of the product, the work you're doing have a direct impact with the customers

Cons

The cool company culture, combined with the fact that you're directly involved with the evolution of the product, makes it a bit hard to switch off.
