      work life balance, interesting work

      Cons

      filled with immature middle management. clique-ish culture. if you’re not in the group, you're excluded. which gets toxic fast. some senior leads contribute to the toxicity by allowing these mini empires run unchecked and pick insignificant fights that drain people’s energies. miserable salary increments.

      I’ve had a very positive experience so far. From the beginning, I’ve felt heard and respected. There’s a strong sense that your opinion matters and that decisions are made with transparency and input from the team. The engineering culture is mature and thoughtful. There’s a good balance between ownership, responsibility, and support. Teams are trusted to solve meaningful problems, and the challenges are real and engaging. I also appreciate the flexibility and opportunities to travel and connect with teams in different locations.

      Cons

      hired a lot from Grab resulting in group thinking. Some of those hired dont really have the necessary work experience. For example, project managers are hired to a risk and compliance role.
