      Pros

      The Level of Autonomy that you get here is like nothing that I have ever experienced. Its fun, challenging, fast paced. Open Communication.

      Cons

      There is a lot to do in not a lot of time, which means people sometimes feel under pressure. I also think that even though there is a lot of open communication sometimes its just too much and also some really important things are not decided. Another con is also it feels that sometimes people are not aware of plan's for the future etc.
