      Pros

      Nice office, snacks, good facilities, cool colleagues. People from all over the world.

      Cons

      Team leads are not very competent at what they are doing. A lot of internal communication issues. Strong hierarchy. Salary is not that that good. Cannot work remotely. Product is money - so you need to be aware that people over the phone and chat will be extremely unpleasant with you.

      Pros

      It's a pleasure to work together with so many smart and ambitious people who are full of ideas, and not afraid to challenge each other as well as themselves. Nice working environment, modern office with all the things you need (food, drinks, juices, everything one can ask for). Independent, autonomous way of working, which enables the employee to take ownership on some projects. It's also very interesting to see how the company is growing and adapting to the increased number of employees and offices on various locations.

      Cons

      If I have to pick an area to improve it'd be communication due to the nature of working in autonomous teams.
