- there is no micro managing - it's easy to give feedback to the team leads - free food - amazing staff benefits

Cons

- sometimes people don't know how to give a proper feedback - a lot to learn - need some time to get used to

Your opinion matters. Lots of small things to brighten your day such as breakfast, team events, team lunch, parking space, dogs are allowed in the office.

Cons

Can't think of any at the moment apart from hard to keep up with work related changes and updates.

Plenty of very interesting projects to work on! There are a lot of opportunities to socialise with the rest of the team, including the founders. A lot of perks such as free lunch, business travel opportunities, training among others.

Cons

I can't think of any, I had a great experience!
