I feel taken care of by the company. Extra me days and sick days without docs note really take the pressure off. My team lead is a true professional in managing people - he is straight forward and honest. Helps to improve my skillset and appreciates me. My team is quite new overall, however I feel that we all are working towards the same goal. We had a very good onboarding and training after this lasted for months. The team has focus and the vibes people being to office are great - we have fun while working hard! Coming from hospitality background I really appreciate the flexibility of scheduling, support and the work ethic people have. I feel included, heard and I feel I can develop. I have enjoyed working at the new office in Tallinn and would recommend anyone to consider Wise as a very good employer!
