Pros

Free Breakfast stuff ( coffee, grains, a lot of milk variations, fruits and so on) I was 100% working from home, but now they've shifted to hybrid

Cons

Phone calls on support, you can expect at first to only have emails, but eventually it's phone calls + emails. I just don't personally like phone calls.
