The work allows strong sense of responsibility and freedom to explore new ideas. The learning curve is quite steep, but there are many chances to experiment and slowly build toward personal objectives.

Cons

Stronger direction from leadership and upper management is needed. This environment is not suitable for people who struggle without clear guidance.

Travel and free goodies in the kitchen

Cons

No strategy. No understanding of how to create a strategy. Random hiring of sales staff who they have no intention of supporting. Senior lesdership don’t understand how to scale or how to provide a safe working environment that supports growth. Teams are under resourced and people are constantly stressed. Lack of age or ethnic diversity.
