Cons

No strategy. No understanding of how to create a strategy. Random hiring of sales staff who they have no intention of supporting. Senior lesdership don’t understand how to scale or how to provide a safe working environment that supports growth. Teams are under resourced and people are constantly stressed. Lack of age or ethnic diversity.
