Great salary, amazing benefits, many social activities.

Cons

Management is not good, they need to work a lot on ''help culture'' once you are there, you are alone by yourself, poor support, not even by your team lead.

Pros

In general this is a company with devoted smart people in which they build a nice product. It's challenging and it's a good thing.

Cons

Feels like the entire company is understaffed. Some managers can put an unreasonable pressure because seems another unreasonable pressure is put on them. You sometimes have to be everyone - PM, engineer, tester, god knows who else. Everyone is extremely busy and not responsive. The techincal debt is neglected and it results in slow delivery for which you yourself can be punished.
