Pros

Amazing and helpful colleagues in the team. Colleagues share burdens with each other and support one another through the tough times

Cons

Bad management. TLs have too much power. HR isn’t there to truly support agents. They always side with the TLs. Work load is enormous. Many agents are literally tired but have to remain in the job for survival.
