Pros

- Agents and Team Leads are overwhelmingly kind and supportive, the office is great to be in - Work knowledge is complicated but understandable, with plenty of support from other agents - Compensation is on the better side of the market - Career advancement opportunities are available for high performers - Diversity is supported and appreciated,

Cons

- Upper management seems to slowly break apart Customer Support - Responsibilites increased heavily, while pay is stagnant and workflow keeps becoming more difficult - Changes made company-wide cause major issues for agents of all departments - Agent dissatisfaction is not taken seriously above Team Lead levels, in almost any department - Career advancement is borderline impossible for people with VISA needs - New hires are seemingly more valued than experienced workers, which severely damages how new agents can improve their workflow - Work-life balance is hard to maintain due to several changes over the years with time management
