Pros

Nice office, free snacks and drinks.

Cons

- Lack of trust toward employees: Micromanagement has reached extreme levels, where your every movement is tracked and monitored. - Lack of humanity: Performance metrics and numbers are closely monitored, yet there is little genuine concern for the overall outcome or the customer experience. - High turnover rate: Employees are exhausted and burned out. Many take extended sick leaves or leave as soon as they find another opportunity, resulting in a constant influx of new staff. - Constant high pressure: Every mistake is penalized, even during the probation period. Employees are subjected to continuous reviews from Quality Assurance (Q&A), creating a stressful and punitive environment. - Disconnect between company values and reality: The organization frequently promotes a “feedback culture,” but in practice, employee feedback is often ignored. On top of everything, employees are repeatedly conditioned to believe that this hostile, controlling, and gaslighting work environment is normal.

Pros

- Private health insurance - Get to talk with a lot of interesting people when they call in - You get 3 "me days" and 5 "sick days without doctor's note", meaning 8 days you can take off work with full pay, in addition to vacation days - The company fully compensates the first days of your sick leave, to make sure people don't come into the office to spread viruses - Yearly benchmarking of salaries, to keep up with inflation

Cons

- RTO is still on the table, mainly because they want to prove the new office was worth it - Upper management of CS rarely takes CS agents' feedback into account, unless they are being very loud - Resolution rate: a customer isn't happy with something out of your control? They are upset at the situation even if they aren't upset at you? They leave a bad review and it directly affects CS agents' and CS team leads' salary reviews.
