1) Management constantly giving information that is no longer relevant the next day, especially pertaining to SLA agreements with Clients 2) HR is unreachable and provides no help for understanding Company Policies, It took them over a year for a background verification, just to fail it when they couldn't reach a reference that had passed away months ago 3) Promises of pay raises and bonuses, that eventually go to their Indian staff due to workflow distribution 4) Constant struggles with payroll on correct hourly wages, and several instances of checks arriving late early on in employment 5) I was expected to sit in a Zoom like environment, being bombarded with information through screenshare without availability to reference material until they expect you to do the job without assistance

Awful company. Managers lies to employees. Regardless if you have prior experience or not. Their recruiters will throw out your existing resume. and Create fake resume for you with ridiculous amount of years of job experience. By fake resume, mean fake experience, fake job history. Their recruiters tell their consultants to lie their skills to customers.
