      None. Except for gaining some experience there are no pros.

      Cons

      Everything with this company is wrong. I was hired on-site to work for a big tech company, the work culture is pathetic. You are treated like a slave, there's a lot of unnecessary work pressure. The pay is extremally low, managers and leads are toxic, no hikes, no incentives, Nothing! My advice to any professional would be to avoid associating with this company. In my opinion this company deserves a 0 star.

      Global company with plenty of capital

      Cons

      They talk out both sides of their mouths, if you don't get it in writing with a witness present you can forget about it because they do not care. Forget about making a career out of it, they only plan to send everything offshore where they pay employees a minor fraction in comparison to onshore. This is NOT stable employment, it's a pit stop.
