Excellent capability of disguising little capability for high capability.
Cons
Disorganized. Archaic and antiquated processes. Bureaucratic to the point of impeding operations. Poor leadership. Capabilities are superficial and only a facade. Tenets on the company business card are only for show and are not practiced in the company. Integrity is a buzzword but not actually practiced. Indian-heavy/centric management with a bias to promoting Indians. The saying in the company is, "In the end, it will be all right. If it is not all right, then it isn't the end." Pretty much sums it up. Poor delivery, poor quality, missed timelines, blame culture. No accountability of senior leaders. Senior leaders tend to stay in India to include the Senior Delivery Heads. Little presence on-site where support is needed.
