      pdo, benefits and that is it

      Cons

      messy environment, drama all the time, team leads have relations with each other & other agents, LOTS OF FAVORITISM, unorganized, breaks aren't realistic, BACKWARDS (how do you let new agents be floor support over agents who've been there for months, even years?)

      Pros

      Just that working is like a vacation. No one works and also does not let anyone work either. The office is like a club where employees come to socialize, have coffee , go out for lunch and get back to their homes.

      Cons

      Toothless and listless leadership. No investments in empowering the employee or augmenting their own capabilities Unethical, always lie to the clients. Can’t deliver even small programs No strategy or consciousness of the path being followed Political work environment Bureaucracy and slow processes No one works more than 2 hours a day Broken processes No coordination within the firm. People step on each other
