      Multifaceted, Broad geographical presence, Chance to grow with a growing organisation, Good pay packages at onsite (as opposed to competition), can manage a career switch if you are determined, dependable senior management, excellent scale up in the last few years and potential to grow even more, excellent training oopurtunities in fact Wipro's trainings are recognised as the amogst the best in breed.

      Cons

      Can feel lost in the crowd, excellent processes in place but lack of enforcement of the same, the idea of growth for everybody is just management which leaves too few people to work, lot of people with a laid back attitude are able to survive, HR is over stretched.
