      Large Organization with multiple verticals and Horizontals. Hence you can wok your way around the system and look for roles

      Cons

      Its a cartel of people promoting each other. No real management depth and foresight exists.It will face challenges in the next 1-2 years

      Pros

      Nothing is good if you are non-indian, If you are one good if you want to relocate. Good for nothing.

      Cons

      Very good in exploitating resources and no work life balance. Senior managment wants all respect and nothing else. They dont do any work just exploit resources. Full of politics as you should be good to praise your god (manager).

      1. Less talented people around so good for people with some inteligency 2. Ample of onsite oppertunity if ready to take any role 3. No politics below PM level 4. Process & Policies are straight forward and people oriented not totally friendly 5. Good corporate behavioral training programmes (If lucky to get)

      Cons

      1. Less brand name outside India 2. Higherachial 3. Too much focus on Bangalore center 4. Dirty politics @ higher level 5. Very frequent change in Org. structure 6. HRs are very less empowered
