      Pros

      salary structure allows for lots of tax savings

      Cons

      No work ethics Manager is all powerful and they do what they want. No job satisfaction. They take mostly testing projects.very less dev work. If a manager gives u rating then nobody can change it and HR just go by that rating.

      Pros

      Wipro provides lots of oportunities to learn and grow in the career. however its depends on the project you are working you can grow fast or at a slow pace. People who shows high performance are given chance to grow in their career. Wipro gives more importance for the employee to be true consultant by providing adrequate trainings and COE (center of excellence).Senior management could be approached easily if needed.

      Onsite assignments are seen as opportunities by middle management.
