good company if you are a senior level employee

-maintaining 9.5 hrs on a monthly basis. you have to sit in the office even if you are done with your work. whoever came up with this idea needs to be shot. -awful hikes. they already pay you less than industry std and then top it off with poor hikes. -managers show favoritism during appraisals. no matter how hard you work, someone else gets the good ratings. -arrogant managers who think junior employees are puppets who should dance to their tune. -managers who say 'yes' to everything that the client says and have no spine to stand up for their team mates.
