Some talented people who were good at talking the talk!

Cons

Could not walk the Digital walk. Wipro a volume based business could not make the jump to a quality based Digital engineering practice. Poor support from senior management who do not understand the Digital space.

The worst company I have ever worked for

Literally none. Only positive is that the coworkers are nice people and in the same boat as you.

Cons

You work without guidance or support. The work culture is imported from India, which means, you need to be a man to make some progress in the company and you will be no thanked for going beyond and above; also they are very rude and unprofessional and they do not listen and care about concerns about the workflow. Many of the manager are absolutely incapable to communicate and don't understand anything about the job, therefore everything is a disaster. In addition they are always offer less money to female applicants compare to men which is absolutely something they should be reported for.

Cons

They sent me on a trip to fill in for a co worker and did not pay me back for expenses. They also use your PTO without notifying you as well. HR is also hard to get in contact with because they are based out of India so for the US you would have to stay up till 11:30PM or 12AM to actually call them.
