      Nice and helpful co-workers at same level.

      Cons

      Be aware of cultural differences if US employee. Upper management only expects to hear "Yes" regardless of request. Also, woman are treated differently- or used as tokens. You can try to fight the battle, but you will loose. It may not be directly to your face, but you will not be allowed an opinion. Human resources is unsupportive and many issues with payroll mistakes. Watch your pay information closely.

      low pay and low benefits. no compassionate leave, 14 days annual leave only. low increment. no bonus.

      Pros

      Decent 401k match when you qualify. Health insurance is OK as your premiums depends on your base salary.

      Cons

      You are to deal with nepotism when looking for a project. You could scale a technical interview and you are given a lame excuse for not being selected for a project because you are not favored. You are forced out if you cannot find a project within 2 weeks though you have no control of project allocation. 401k match takes about 18 months for a new hired. Take yourvacation or youmay not earn anymore throughout the year once you have accumulated yourvacation maximum. Any other vacation you earned will not be credited to you. For example, if you earned your maximum in March you could work for the next nine month you will not accumulate anymore vacation days.
