And then when you stand your ground and get HR involved to help resolve that obvious issue, you'll then face retaliation for apparently making someone else's job harder because someone didn't check to see if the person they're interviewing for the job is even in the state the job is located in! Oh and then you'll find out you're the 3rd person they've done this to and have been trying to fill this spot for 8 months and the client (Apple) is getting upset.
