Pros

Its a job, I guess?

Cons

Very non-employee friendly. They make you badge in and badge out of the floor because they are monitoring how long you are working and if not working exactly 8 hours in the office, you will be on a report. They took away the unlimited PTO and not it is limited to 19 days a year. They reduced the severance package in half. There are better jobs options out there, stay away!

Pros

Non Existent. The Org is a cess pool of Office Politics.

Cons

Dislikes Everything. You will learn about Office Politics more than you would of your own trade craft. Working hours are horrible and the fun fact is you are expected to strech as that is part of your role. An Associate Manager has 0 authority. They are glorified PAs is all regards. The absolute sorry state of affair is that the management doesn't even consider ratings given by AMs. Calibrated ratings(revised) are pushed down from upper management and then we are tasked to justify why someone got a bad rating despite him/her having worked for 60-65hrs/week. An employee who after jumping through all the hoops if manages to get top rating the monetary benefits he would get will be a meager 2-3% difference in comparison to someone who got average rating. They are promoting mediocrity. Employee dissatisfaction is of no consequence, under the pretence of cost cutting, they will get rid of entire job functions, but magically they have the buffer to hire more and more Directors and VP, whose compensation is by no means a joke. Their strategy to evolve has fell flat on its face. The stock is tanking, customers are unhappy, their own staff is unhappy but somehow when we join Town Halls everyone and everything is just doing awesome, some propaganda this is. The problem is systemic and at this point has metastasised. First step to solving any problem is to acknowledge that there is one. Introspection is required from all grades above 13, if so many people are having issues and escalating then maybe there is some merit to it. There is an exodus in play in terms of talent leaving the organisation. Feel sorry for this brand who was once the most sought after job provider in the market. 0/10 would not recommend to join here. There are better ways to sabotage your own career, don't consider this one as an option.
