The company is shifting hiring focus to HCL partners in Hyderabad, while the Pune tech center is being reduced to a managerial oversight role. Coupled with stagnant salary hikes (under 4%) and rigid hybrid work rules (3 days in-office, 9 hours/day), No work flexibilty, everyday late night call are new norms. No Shift allowance. New norms throught the org is: when things go well and deliveries are successful, managers/products/PMOs are quick to take credit—often involving dozens of people in celebratory emails. However, when issues arise, no one steps up to take responsibility, and the blame is usually pushed down to the developers.
