Coupled with stagnant salary hikes (under 4%) and rigid hybrid work rules (3 days in-office, 9 hours/day), No work flexibilty, everyday late night call are new norms. No Shift allowance. New norms throught the org is: when things go well and deliveries are successful, managers/products/PMOs are quick to take credit—often involving dozens of people in celebratory emails.
