relatively well-paid there are some truly good people in the lower ranks who work their socks off
Cons
Workload too big Management don't listen and only want to drive sales terrible benefits - no overtime pay, no bonus, no maternity pay other than legal minimum etc 2 tier culture - management are valued a lot more than the lower ranks high staff turnover progression near impossible unless you are the one who shouts the loudest people in UK replaced with people in Romania
