I gained valuable experience during my time at the company and had the privilege of working with supportive and talented colleagues. The team culture at peer level was strong, and I learned a great deal professionally.
Cons
However, the overall environment was highly profit-driven, often at the expense of sustainable workloads and employee well-being especially after the take-over of the new CEO and management. Management lacked transparency and clear direction, with decisions primarily focused on maximizing financial outcomes regardless of quality, client interests or healthy work culture.
