      Pros

      Can work from home when work is available.

      Cons

      Work hasn't been readily available for six months. Employees are spending many hours of their lives waiting for tasks to trickle in while only being paid for the time they are tasking. Getting the contracted high of 29 hours is impossible without spending much unpaid time waiting.

      Flexible, respectful company. Easy to work with management.

      Cons

      One doesn't clock in and get paid for the time until clocking out, one is paid for the actual minutes/hours spent rating.
