Pros

Good pay, simple tasks, and work your own schedule whenever you’d like.

Cons

Múltiple QA’s with No true assistance in providing consistent and or up to date training. When you’re below the threshold they send you one training video and then make you take a test if you fail you are let go. You are allowed two tries but one video with barely any help, one example, and no further assistance is not helpful at all. unclear ways of trying to get help with anything regarding work, no proper training, and no clear ladder of who is a higher up for any department since there are too many for just one position in especially supervisors and other management that are supposed to be helpful in your career growth which they do not truly consider.

Need to pass entrance exam- extremely hard Low benefits for part time employees - Rating tasks can be confusing - Rating tasks are time sensitive - Work productivity is based on actual time spent rating tasks. Need to be under 100% productivity rate.
