Easy Work

Pros

The work is easy and you can do it from anywhere, since it is all remote. It is also all computer work, so you do not need to talk to customers over the phone.

Cons

You can only work when tasks are available, it is not necessarily on your own time. The management is also not great, as it always feels like your job is on the line.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, work from home

Cons

•The only paid training is minimal, and if more training is needed, prepare to do it on your own time/dime. •Interactions with management will leave you feeling like you are inconveniencing them. •Intermittent work/lack of available work •The company can/will suddenly lock you out of work pending "review." This could last more than a week in some cases, and may cost you your position. •Pending said "review," employees may be removed from the program with little explanation. •The company hires too many employees which makes available work... less available. all the while employees are still required to meet minimum requirements. •The company is very impersonal and makes employees feel easily replaceable.

Just don't

Pros

The company pays on time.

Cons

Where to begin? No support. No response or very delayed response from managers. No worthwhile training. At any point you could be let go if they decide they need to cut back on staffing. They claim you can set your own hours and work when you want but there are too many hours of the day where there is no work available. New people are given no useful feedback or guidance. They can lock you out of work at any time they feel like and make you do mandatory trainings...and you might get an exam that could cost you your job. But you'll have to sit around for 5 days with no work and no communication before you find out you've been let go.
