      Onboarding stuck for months with zero human help

      Flexible work hours and the onboarding material is well-structured.

      Cons

      The support team is very disappointing. After getting accepted and submitting all my documents, I’ve been stuck for over two months with no real help. Every time I send an email, I receive an automated, generic response that doesn't address my specific issue. It feels like there is no real human interaction or interest in solving employee problems.

      Pros

      The whole hiring process was very well organised, with clear steps and no time wasted. Everything felt structured and efficient from start to finish. The people I met and interviewed with were genuinely kind, relaxed, and approachable, which made me feel comfortable. They were also very transparent, happy to explain things clearly, and open to answering any questions I had.

      Overall, a very positive and smooth interview experience.
