Onboarding stuck for months with zero human help - Search Quality Rater Welocalize Employee Review

The support team is very disappointing. After getting accepted and submitting all my documents, I’ve been stuck for over two months with no real help. Every time I send an email, I receive an automated, generic response that doesn't address my specific issue. It feels like there is no real human interaction or interest in solving employee problems.
