Pros

I am still looking for them

Cons

You are like a number for the company. They don't respect you. They focus on the quantity (numbers of hours) but not on the quality of you work. Benefits don't exist. They don't represent and fight for you towards the final client.

Pros

I cannot see any pros other than that some people are nice and you are likely to find decent colleagues (which is the case in any company really, so hardly an advantage).

Cons

I have a long career in the localisation industry and I have worked for all the top companies throughout the years. Welocalize is by far the worst company in every aspect and of course this is related to the C-team and senior management.

Pros

One good thing about WL was the ability to make your own schedule.

Cons

Bottom tier Peon work. No communication from mid tier management. Seems like the company is always close to collapsing. Treat most workers like slave labor. The worst is no work, usually you will make less than the amount promised due to lack of work.
