Pros

Flexible WFH policy and line managers are very accessible.

Cons

Outdated maze-like system of disjointed platforms and messaging mediums used to manage documentation, metadata and customer data. An obstacle to PMs, BDMs and Customer's alike. No proprietary tools or structures to manage scheduling, actuation and milestone execution. No clearly delineated quality management (QMS) roles, responsibilities or ownership. Workforce inflation and reduction is cyclical and unfortunately predictable (1-2 years is the common retention rate)

Flexible hours and the ability to take vacation whenever. You gain great insight into the fields of localization and translation.

Cons

You're treated like a tool and it is apparent that you can easily be replaced. There's no avenues to advance in the company
