An entrepreneurial company that encourages you to challenge the norms and think outside of the box. Management is committed and determined to have Welocalize lead the industry and operational excellence is stressed across all departments. With the growth that we've achieved and recent acquisition you feel that you are really part of something great and that the sky is the limit.

Cons

We are a growth company and there are heavy demands placed on management. A great environment for an industry veteran however I could see it being challenging for someone changing careers or junior in a field requiring a high level of mentoring.

The Leadership Team and management are truly dedicated and invested in seeing Welocalize become the best. There is room to grow- if you show interest and take initative management will notice and help you make necessary grow a reality. The people are considered a valuable assest (not just a fluff statement). A consistent amount of change happens here- keeping the pace lively and intriguing.

Cons

A global company means you might not meet your team face-to-face. Have to work hard on building a sense of team across oceans.

Pros

Attitude of executive leadership is confident and postive. Employees have a lot of freedom to get their work done whenver/whereever they want...as long as the work gets done. This is an idea company...a thought leader. The creativity keeps the environment stimulating and dynamic.

Cons

If the company has a clear goal then cons are just bumps in the road...part of the evelutionary process. I have freinds in other companies which are just punching tickets 9-5. Welocalize challenges it's employees to think differently.
