Being driven by a vision and a purpose is half the battle. The leadership at Welocalize certainly provides this to it's employees and clients. THe clients recognize it, buy into it and start achieving very interesting things together with their team.

Cons

not a life style business but there is a time in your career you have to make it happen for yourself!

Cons

-high-energy environment is no place for slackers or people looking for an easy job or a free ride -distributed nature of international sales teams means that you can't meet your sales colleagues/peers/boss as often as you would like.
