Being driven by a vision and a purpose is half the battle. The leadership at Welocalize certainly provides this to it's employees and clients. THe clients recognize it, buy into it and start achieving very interesting things together with their team.

Cons

not a life style business but there is a time in your career you have to make it happen for yourself!

Pros

A lot of autonomy. Fast growth creates opportunities for career advancement. Very progressive thinking. Fair but tough approach from management. Very cool HR program was launched in 2011 that is promoting teamwork across offices. Company is striving for innovation which is fun to be a part of.

Cons

Work load is heavy, but it goes hand in hand with growth opportunities. Change is constant. Rapid growth sometimes leaves some people behind.

Pros

Great benefits. Depending on the office, the option to work remotely and flexible hours. The casual work place is wonderful. Welcoming, friendly co-workers - great people. Opportunity to learn new technologies and work for an industry leader. A chance to be innovative, if you have good ideas your voice is heard. Constant change for improvement is encouraging and exciting, there is always progress forward towards a better way.

Cons

Frequent management changes disrupt consistent internal company message and goals. Employees are worked into the ground - no life/work balance. Constantly re-vamping programs and if there was some planning and forethought, they would be setup corrently in the first place.
