Pay is good, always on time. No spacial benefit. 9-5 job can alway leave office at 5 but no overtime either

You could lose your job any day due to weird/crazy company policy. Employment at will

No job security, they can and do fire people all the time because they hire linguists as contractors. Treated as disposable.
