      Laid back environment Meet people from different cultures Some perks like snacks, coffee, etc. Somewhat flexible schedule

      Cons

      No paid holidays Treated like contractors, even though employed by WeLocalize Job dependent on clients they contract to, meaning less job stability Inconsistent promotion techniques Some people forced to work in basement with no windows, poor ventilation, and bad smells - truly not okay for humans to be down there 8 hours a day

      Cons

      After a few years, it might be best to look for other opportunities as advancement opportunities are scarce and pay isn't as great as other places can offer.
